Sheets, massage oil and therapists are free from chemical scents. Those with chemical sensitivities will find this to be a safe environment. All our products are all-natural or organic. (Except for Biofreeze.) All products are free from synthesized fragrances. Any scents are produced by pure essential oils. We use a nut-free massage oil blend which is safe for anyone with nut allergies.  Please tell the receptionist if you have any allergy or chemical concerns when booking.

60-minute foot heaven! Infrared Cedar Sauna

Our two-person infrared sauna contains heaters that produce radiant energy, like the heat from the sun, but without the harmful ultraviolet rays. Unlike the traditional rock sauna, the infrared sauna warms the occupant directly through deep penetration rather than heating the air in order to heat the user. This results in longer sauna sessions, up to 45 minutes. Deep heat and sweating provide a natural way to deliver relaxation, pain relief, increase blood circulation and skin purification. Take time before your service to deeply relax in our infrared cedar sauna. Standard-size wraps available or bring bathing suit or shorts for your comfort. Includes robe and sandals, shower with amenities, towel. Not recommended during pregnancy.
